About Me

I am an experienced marketing professional with a degree in Public Relations Speech Communications. 

I have extensive experience in customer support, program management, membership engagement, fundraising, relationship-building, outreach initiatives, event planning, volunteer recruitment, and marketing content across traditional print and social media platforms. I have also successfully managed virtual events and meetings, and developed structures for new programs and securing annual fund gifts.

I have built a career in the non-profit sector and created impactful programs and effective member engagement initiatives.

My skillset ranges across many platforms that include public speaking, event planning, social media content marketing, community outreach and extensive customer service both online and in-person. I also bring knowledge and experience in HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Constant Contact, One Cause, Zoom, Canva, StoreRocket, AGD PACE, Monday.com, and Survey Monkey.

Recently, as the Senior Member Engagement Coordinator, I assist the Executive Director and team in organizational management, handling day-to-day member administration and program management. My responsibilities include member outreach via email, phone, social media, and in-person events, as well as supporting meetings, workshops, and regional events. I design and implement strategies for membership recruitment and retention, host new member events, and provide ongoing support and peer-to-peer events for current members. Additionally, I coordinate the maintenance of member resources across various platforms, develop and lead workshops and training, and collaborate on promotional materials. I track and report membership data, conduct surveys, and analyze community demographics to improve programming.

I have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with others. I have proven the ability to remain calm in highly stressful, time-sensitive situations. And, I have been commended for defining problems, prioritizing workload, and delivering desired results.
