Academy of General Dentistry

The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) oversees program approval for continuing education. I was responsible for assigning AGD codes for webinars, virtual, and in-person events, as well as presentations. I ensured timely submission of AGD accreditation for eligible members and implemented an automated workflow allowing members to submit their CE credits. This system automatically linked their credits to their member profiles, streamlining the tracking of all earned continuing education units. I also revamped the speaker contract for webinars, created the speaker qualifications, reviewed slide decks to make sure they met all the requirements, and identified and scheduled all webinar speakers, created registrations and set up Zoom.
