Event Planning
I coordinate both in-person and virtual events by managing attendees, planning event space allocation, creating event schedules, and organizing audio-visual setups. I also handle distributing and collecting speaker invitations and other essential event logistics. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, I negotiate conference contract terms, review master bills, and ensure events are high-quality and within budget. I manage event registration, housing, and overall logistics, acting as the primary contact for all event arrangements. I coordinate event programming workgroups to deliver innovative speakers, engaging programming environments, and exceptional attendee experiences. In addition, I identify, cultivate, and engage potential high-profile donors and corporate sponsors to ensure reaching successful fundraising goals.
