The AAOSH Fellows/Masters/Diplomates program highlights professional achievements and a commitment to lifelong learning in oral systemic health. This prestigious Fellowship represents dedication to staying at the forefront of research and best practices. I manage the entire Fellowship process, including setting submission timelines, creating automated email workflows, developing the review and approval process, and designing a rating form for reviewers. Additionally, I market the program to members and non-members, review and award applicants, order awards, schedule recognition events, track progress, and update the website and award letters.
