New Member Meetup

I pioneered the New Member Meetup initiative, which highlights the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, showcasing our diverse programs and continuing education opportunities. It also offers a platform for new members to connect with peers and gain insights from long-standing members. I managed the process by determining meeting dates, developing the orientation agenda, creating an invitation list of new and trial members, created a registration form in Hubspot, send invites via Signup Genius and email, updating presentation materials, scheduling events in organizations calendars, and managing the necessary workflows.
